  • In your first session, we’ll discuss your reasons for reaching out to us, your goals, and any relevant background information. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if you feel comfortable with the therapist.

  • Typically, sessions are 1 hour. However, we can adjust the length based on your needs and preferences.

  • Choosing a therapist is a personal decision and something that we at Fuller Psychology Clinic place huge value in. It is vital that you connect with your therapist in order to achieve the best results. This is why, at Fuller Psychology Clinic we have the option of a complimentary phone call with our therapists so that you can decide who is best for you. 

  • The frequency of sessions varies depending on individual needs. Many clients find weekly sessions helpful, especially to begin with, while others may prefer biweekly or monthly visits. Your therapist can also provide you guidance on this based on your situation.

  • Yes, all sessions are confidential. Your privacy is our priority, and we follow strict ethical guidelines to protect your information.

  • Yes, we offer online options for those who prefer to meet virtually. This can provide flexibility and convenience, especially if you are not local to our Saint Johns office. 

  • We understand that things come up. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without a cancellation fee.
