Through a structured yet flexible approach, Sarah guides clients week by week, focusing on building awareness, setting personal goals, and developing strategies to create lasting change. Whether it's with a goal of cutting it out completely or simply becoming more mindful, Sarah's approach is one of lived experience and her passion for this programme is evident in the work that she does with her clients.
Each week, clients engage in self-reflective exercises, practical tools, and supportive discussions tailored to their unique needs and experiences. The program covers key topics such as identifying triggers, managing stress without alcohol, cultivating self-compassion, and finding purpose beyond drinking.
